altAs well as having authored 10 books on HR and business skills, Karen Mannering has extensive experience of working in both the public and private sector.  A specialist in HR, she has also held policy, business development, and research roles.  

Karen is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), and a Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
